GARRET HAS LONG BEEN a favorite photographer for the team of Needle Rock Press. His photos tell an entire story without using words. He always knows exactly what we need even when we don’t. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, he shares our heart for all things wild!

Robert Kruse

WE LOVE THE WORK of Robert Kruse. Unfortunately for us, but a blessing for him, Robert walked on to be with his Creator Redeemer in 2019. He always went the extra mile when working with Needle Rock Press and, at the time of his death. he was getting ready to work on a series of paintings for Capturing Story.

We miss him very much but are thankful we will see him again on the other side. We especially appreciated his Native American Lakota ancestry and work to immortalize Native culture.

He is the artist for the cover of Shaman’s Fire, which you can see here. along with a link to a memorial we are setting up on Pinterest.

Sandy Cathcart

SANDY HAS WON numerous awards for both her photography and art. She loves working with oils for fine art, posters and prints, and she specializes in a capturing the beauty of Native culture through her photography. Sandy is known as a colorist for her use of brilliant color for her subjects.
