Shaman’s Fire

Robert really captured the feeling of both the characters of Sandy Cathcart’s authentic novel she wrote with the help of Mary and Don Gentry (the Chairman of the Klamath Tribes). On his cover photo you can see the back of Sayla as she stares at the Warrior in Flames who is calling to her. Robert also really caught the feeling of being caught between two worlds with the wolves in the background.

Robert also did other work for us that we will post in days to come. His heart for his ancestry really comes through in his Native American work and we absolutely love his fantasy art that takes us into other worlds.

Robert was a great storyteller in his own right, telling stories with pictures!

The last letter I received from Robert was receive on June 22, 2019 and read as follows:

“Thank you for your prayers I have strong faith in our lord Jesus Christ thanks to you and for Cat for the helping find our creator.”

The Cat Man and I (Sandy Cathcart) prayed for Robert nearly every day for several years. Though we only met through phone and email, we considered him a great friend.

Robert walked on to be with his Creator on October 14, 2019. Our time on this earth is short, and we look forward to seeing him again.
