Needle Rock Press began as a concept in the mind of sandy cathcart, then grew to a communal project between members of WOW (Writers of the Way, based in the highlands of Southern Oregon) with the idea of helping writers protect the journey of their souls and develop critical craft while keeping up with the changing times of modern publishing.
Our goal is to communicate ideas in order to take advantage of our changing times and technology to develop and offer our skills and creative talents. We believe that beauty is more than a concept and is important to the nurturing of our souls. To that end we create, using the gifts God has given us. Yes. We are a community that desires to give glory and honor to Creator (the God of the Bible) in thanks for his incredible blessings to us.
Presently, sandy cathcart and John Wiuff are offering their services as coaches. More writing and art coaches will be added in the future, until we cover the needs of the Needle Rock Community.
